Seamless Windows and Application Transition
| This well known national Institute needed to manage a distributed workforce across a number of sites. It needed a trusted partner to plan a seamless transition from an ageing infrastructure to modern secure Windows 10 platform across a hybrid environment including Citrix, Vmware and legacy custom applications. Vidette supported the wider Transformation programme by managing the image build, deploying SCCM and management tools, and deploying images out of hours to esnure users were not impacted by the project. Follow up user enablement and floor walking was provided to ensure all users were comfortable with the experience and could continue to work with no interruption. The project was completed on time and under budget, enabling the organisation to move to a more flexible, secure and productive way of supporting it’s national user base. |
